The site that is the subject of this development proposal consists of a former petrol filling station on Bath Road in Totterdown.
The site has been cleared and empty for some years. The site is outlined in red on the aerial photograph below, and lies between the junction of Bath Road/Albert Bridge and the Paintworks development.
